12. What should I do when I receive my mattress?
1. **Inspect the packaging**: If there's visible damage, take photos and contact us within 48 hours 2. **Unbox**: Carefully cut open the plastic wrapping 3. **Unroll**: Place the mattress on your bed frame 4. **Wait for expansion**: The mattress will start expanding within minutes. 101-Night Sleep Trial
13. What is the 101-Night Sleep Trial?
From the delivery date, you have **101 nights** to try the mattress at home. If you're not satisfied: - **First 30 nights**: You must try the mattress for at least 30 nights (your body needs time to adjust) - **Nights 30-101**: You can initiate a return anytime - **Full refund**: No questions asked
14. How do I initiate a return?
1. Email us at support@rstll.com 2. Include your order number, name, and reason for return 3. If the product is damaged, please include photos 4. Our customer service team will respond within 24-48 hours 5. Once you receive return authorization, follow the instructions provided
15. Who pays for return shipping?
