We understand that a great night's sleep doesn't happen in a showroom—it happens in your home. That's why we offer an industry-leading 101-night in-home trial on our mattresses.

  • Mattresses: Enjoy a full 101 nights from the day of delivery to ensure the mattress is the perfect fit for you.
  • Adjustment Period: Like a new pair of shoes, a mattress needs time to break in. Your body also needs time to adjust to the new support. We strongly recommend sleeping on your new mattress for at least 30 nights before initiating a return.
  • Other Products (Bed Frames, Foundations, etc.): These items come with a 30-day return policy.

Our Easy Return Process

If, after the 30-night adjustment period, you are not completely satisfied with your mattress, we will gladly arrange a return and provide a full refund.

  1. Contact Us: To begin a return, please contact our Customer Happiness Team at 1 (213) 352-5535 or email support@rstll.com within the 101-night trial window.
  2. Donation First: In our commitment to community support, we will often coordinate the donation of your mattress to a local charity (such as a shelter or non-profit organization). This avoids waste and helps those in need.
  3. Provide Proof: Once you have donated the item, simply email us a copy of your donation receipt.
  4. Full Refund: Upon verification of the donation receipt, we will process a full refund to your original method of payment within 2-5 business days.

If donation is not a viable option in your area, our team will provide alternative return instructions, which may include a pickup arranged by us.

Important Return Conditions

To qualify for a refund, the returned product must be in good condition, free from stains, rips, tears, or any damage. Proof of purchase will be required.

  • Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, certain personal items like pillows, mattress toppers, and adjustable bases cannot be returned once opened or used.
  • Special Cases: Customers in Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada may be subject to a return shipping fee. Please contact us for details.
  • Retail Purchases: If you purchased your product from one of our retail partners, your trial and return are subject to that specific retailer's policy.
