Delivery Terms
- Delivery times vary by destination but generally range from 2–7 business days from shipment for contiguous U.S. addresses.
- Shipments are delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout. If no one is available to accept the package, UPS/FedEx may leave the package at the address or designate an alternate secure location per carrier policy.
- RSTLL is not responsible for delivery delays caused by carrier service disruptions, severe weather, or other events beyond our control.
Package Condition and Inspection
- Mattresses are compressed, vacuum-sealed, and shipped in protective packaging. On delivery, inspect the outer packaging for obvious damage before signing for the shipment.

Address Accuracy and Changes
- Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address. If an address change is required after an order is placed, contact us immediately. Address changes cannot always be guaranteed once the order has entered fulfillment or been handed to the carrier; additional fees may apply if the carrier returns the package to RSTLL.
Failed Deliveries and Returns to Sender

Carrier and Tracking

30-Day Return Window (Conditioned Returns)
